With our very own Greek goddess, Master Sommelier Madeline Triffon! When Madeline comes to town we are always in for a treat, and tonight she’ll take us to her homeland to explore the modern and traditional wines of Greece. Native grapes produce ageworthy whites from Assyrtiko and reds from Xinomavro, unique Retsina, and exotic Malagousia. International grapes are being explored, alone and in blends, with Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc achieving particular success. Madeline will happily provide home grown colorful commentary, and correct pronunciation. Be here!
