Executive Chef Gaetano Arnone and Wine Director Elana Abt of OTTO Enoteca e Pizzeria will host a Five-Course Sicilian Wine Dinner on September 30th, 7:00-9:30 pm. Each course prepared by Chef Gaetano will be expertly paired by Elana with Sicilian wines from Tasca D'Almerita. Dishes include "Octopus Salad with Poached Potatoes and N'duja Vinaigrette" (paired with "Didyme" Malvasia 2018) and "Squid Ink Garganelli Alla Trapanese" (paired with "Il Tascante" Nerello Mascalese 2014). Tickets are $125 per person, including tax and gratuity.
