Please join for our first ever VEGAN FARM-TO-TABLE DINNER on Monday, September 16th @ 6:30pm. Our Sous Chef Wade has crafted a locally sourced, Vegan/Gluten Free, 4 course menu, and with the help of Wine Director Alan, paired the menu with wine, beer and a special cocktail. Cost for the event is $55 per person (+tax & grat.). Space is limited, reservations please.
The menu for the evening includes:
ROULADE: SWISS CHARD ROLL stuffed with saffron risotto, quinoa, and golden raisins. Served over Greek Fava, a marinated baby peppers.
MILANESE: BUTTERNUT SQUASH CUTLETS coated with Gluten Free panko bread crumbs, then lightly fried, served with herbed-hazelnut cream and red onion agrodolce.
MARE E MONTI: MARINATED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM STEAKS with scallops of trumpet mushrooms, served with yellow pepper romesco and roasted garlic ‘aioli’.
DOLCE: VEGAN CHEESECAKE filled baked apple, topped with a caramel sauce and candied pecans. Please call ahead for reservations - space is limited.
