Chart House Annapolis Invites Locals To Freemark Abbey Wine Dinner

Cost: $125 per person, including tax and gratuity

Calling those in need of a wining and dining break! Chart House invites Annapolis-area wine lovers to the Freemark Abbey Wine Dinner on Wednesday, October 16 from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.  Guests will enjoy an elegant four-course meal, with each course specifically paired with a one-of-a-kind fine wine.

First Course
• Savory Goat Cheese Tart – candied walnuts, micro arugula, rosemary sugar
Freemark Abbey Chardonnay, Napa Valley

Second Course
• Just Seared Sea Bass – butternut squash fritters, sage brown butter, brussels sprout leaves
Freemark Abbey Merlot, Napa Valley

Third Course
• Cedar Grilled Beef Tenderloin Medallions – white sweet potato purée, cacao balsamic glaze
Freemark Abbey Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

Dessert
• Olive Oil & Thyme Cake – caramelized figs, house made crème fraiche, cracked black pepper
Freemark Abbey Cabernet Sauvignon, Rutherford
