The Association Of Direct Wine Merchants is proud to announce the return of the East Grinstead Wine Fair, with expert exhibitors each with a passion for wine, showcasing hundreds of wines for your delectation and all included in the price of your ticket.
Described by one local wine critic, as 'the wine event of the year for Sussex', the East Grinstead Wine Fair returns to the Crowne Plaza Hotel in East Grinstead for a day long celebration of wine - in time for stocking up for Christmas. This year we've teamed up with the East Grinstead & District Lions Club who celebrate 50 years this year of helping the local community via various fund raising events. The ASDW will be donating a percentage of the ticket sales to the East Grinstead Lions.
Why attend? We all love wine and the fair is about sharing that love with like minded people. And for those looking for that special bottle of dessert wine to match their Christmas pudding, this is the perfect venue. Our members form a group of British independent small wine merchants selling niche wines online and at wine fairs. We offer usually exclusive wines directly imported from the wineries, each and every one of us passionate and knowledgeable about wine.
We offer you specially selected, interesting and often exclusive wines, most of which would never be available to the public otherwise.

Venue The Crowne Plaza in Felbridge, East Grinstead, is set in a tranquil location, just off the A22 and within easy reach of the M25 and M23 motorways

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes. Minimum age is 18. Please bring ID with you if you look under the age of 25. Children are to be accompanied by their parents at all times.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is free at the hotel, however you must register your vehicle registration number at the hotel, otherwise you will be liable to a £100 parking fine.
What can I bring into the event?
If you are buying in bulk, a couple of sturdy bags will come in handy. The organisers would provide wine bags or boxes if requested.
