Do you know the difference between Nama and Nigori? If not, no problem!

We will be tasting 6 different sake styles such as Junmai, Junmai Daiginjo, Honjozo, Nama Genshu and Nigori.

We will explore the ingredients for sake and the brewing process and discover the ways of serving sake and how to decipher the label.

Light appetizers will be served.
