Although born in Syracuse, NY he was raised in Philadelphia by a family steeped in hospitality (his family owns McCrossen’s Tavern in the museum district). He had a whirlwind music management career and then got his calling to be a winemaker. He chose New Zealand for his training ground and, it quickly became his home.
Get to know Daniel and his path to winemaking. We will have a 5-course dinner featuring Decibel Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, Pinot Noir, Viognier and Malbec.
