Join PiYo PRO Team Instructor Denise Burgese for a workout that’s guaranteed to leave you a little breathless, quite happy, and feeling proud of yourself!
PiYo gives you hardcore definition, intense calorie burn, and all-over strength - without weights, without jumps, and without destroying your body.
You will experience Pilates movements mixed in with Yoga balance for a perfect workout while listening to upbeat music. This full-body exercise will have you using your own body weight for strength, while lengthening your muscles during the stretches.
Bring a beach towel in place of a yoga mat, pack plenty of cold water, and meet us by the water for a sunny class!
*PARKING: Drive straight past the first set of vines that are on your right, and then make a right down the hill towards the lake to park. We will be on the grass next to the lake! You cannot miss us!
