On Friday, August 23 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. guests of Match Restaurant and Lounge are encouraged to don their finest garden party garb and enjoy a five-course gin-pairing dinner featuring a special menu created by Chef Orlando Parker and gin-centric spirits concocted by craft spirit specialist Jason Girard to complement each course. Menu includes:
First Course — Floral Tomato Consommé paired with Bols Genever, Amsterdam Holland
Second Course — Wild Berry and Lavender Salad paired with Hendricks Midsummer Solstice Gin, Girvan Scotland
Third Course — Smoked Salmon Canapé paired with Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin, Leitrim Ireland
Fourth Course — Juniper and Pink Peppercorn Beef Tenderloin with Gin Bearnaise paired with The Botanist Gin, Islay Scotland
Fifth Course — Cardamom Apple Tartlet paired with St. George Botanivore Gin, San Francisco USA
