Chart House Annapolis Invites Locals To Joe Wagner's Wines Wine Dinner

Calling those in need of a wining and dining break! Chart House invites Annapolis-area wine lovers to the Joe Wagner’s Wines Wine Dinner on Thursday, September 19 from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.  Guests will enjoy an elegant five-course meal, with each course specifically paired with a one-of-a-kind fine wine.

First Course
• Watercress & Chicory Salad – pink grapefruit, shaved black radish, honey citrus vinaigrette
Belle Glos ‘Oeil De Perdrix’ Pinot Noir Blanc, Sonoma County

Second Course
• Duck Prosciutto Crostini – gorgonzola cheese, mixed berry jam, micro rocket
Elouan ‘Klamath’s Kettle’ Reserve Pinot Noir, Rogue Valley OR

Third Course
• Cedar Wrapped King Salmon – smoked black pepper butter, roasted parsnips & cauliflower
Beran Zinfandel, Napa Valley

Fourth Course
• Fire Grilled Lamb Chops – butternut squash puree, blackberry balsamic reduction
Quilt Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

Dessert
• Salty Dark Chocolate Tart – black pepper ice cream, maple spiced walnuts
