Named after the wine valley in Washington State, Yakima is a destination restaurant in its own right, and in case you’re wondering - yes we have FREE valet parking right in front of the hotel!
Executive Chef John Forsythe has cooked for celebrities such as John Travolta, Alec Baldwin, Robin Williams, Dr. Ruth, and Bob Hope - and now he’s creating a local producer, Canada-focused, 6-course menu for us to be specially paired with Zenato, from Veneto.
Enjoy white pairings and learn the differences between the reds of the region -Valpolicella, Ripassa, Amarone, and Recioto.
General Manager, Bruno Medeiros, was the recipient of the White Hat Award as best Host/Maitre D’ - so we’re assured of excellent food and superb service!
