The Umstead is pleased to welcome the North Carolina Fine Wine Society on Tuesday, October 1st for a special wine dinner. This unique event features 6 out of their top 12 wines, paired with a delicious four-course dinner prepared by three-time James Beard Semifinalist, Chef Steven Greene. Judged annually in a blind tasting by Advanced Level Sommeliers, these selected wines showcase the best our state has to offer. Join Sommelier Troy Revell along with the winemakers of these prestigious bottles as you explore North Carolina’s finest wines.
Tickets are $95 plus tax and gratuity and may be purchased at 919-447-4050. Tickets are limited and non-refundable but are transferable. A welcome reception will begin at 6:30 pm on the terrace, followed by dinner at 7:00 pm in the Salon.
