Ocean Prime is introducing a special three-course menu exclusively available Monday, July 22 through Sunday, August 4. Menu options (selection of one dish per person per course) include:
First Course, Choice of:
Ocean Prime House Salad — romaine, field greens, Granny Smith apples, goat cheese, walnuts and sherry mustard vinaigrette
Caesar Salad — crisp romaine, parmesan dressing and brioche croutons
Entrée Course, Choice of:
8-ounce Filet Mignon — with gouda potato cake, chili-seared spinach and cabernet jus
Sea Scallops — with parmesan risotto, English peas and citrus vinaigrette
Chilean Sea Bass — with glazed carrots, mashed potatoes and champagne truffle sauce
To accompany any of these entrees, the following sides may be purchased:
Bacon Creamed Spinach, $13
Smoked Gouda Tater Tots, $12
Chophouse Corn, $11
Black Truffle Mac and Cheese, $13
Dessert Course, Choice of:
Five Layer Carrot Cake — with cream cheese icing and pineapple syrup
