Join the Florida Wine Academy as we celebrate WSET Education Week, when more than 450 events will take place across 45 countries, making it the biggest global consumer wine event ever held! On Wednesday, September 11th we will be Finding the Perfect Match.
Pairing food with wine can be an intimidating challenge to wine lovers, but it doesn’t have to be! When approached using simple guidelines and a systematic approach the challenge turns into a fun and rewarding experience. Join us for Finding the Perfect Match where we will explore how the key components in food-acidity, salt and sweetness-impact the way we taste wine. Students will learn skills that can be applied to any menu or wine list. During the class we will pair six wines with these key food components to get a better understanding of how to pair.
Nicole Ramos, WSET Level 3 certified, FWS, will lead the class.
