Thursday, July 25th 7:pm  ($240 per person inclusive)

Join us for a special evening of food and wine featuring the spectacular Chateau owned by Bordeaux juggernaut AXA, featuring Ch Pichon Baron, Ch Suduiraut and Ch Petit Village. Guillaume Clarke de Dromatin of Compaigne Medociane will be on hand to lead us through a tasting of these benchmark Chateau from Pauillac, Pomerol and Sauternes. All of the wines for the event are being flown in directly from the Chateau and the red Bordeaux will all be poured from Double-Magnum bottles (3L). Mansion Executive Chef Sebastien Archambault has crafted an exquisite menu to highlight these superb vintages.
