Cost: $90 per person, $110 with Italian wine pairing
San Diego’s homegrown Italian concept Buona Forchetta is launching a series of five-course tasting menu dinners at its Encinitas location (250 N Coast Hwy 101) starting on Wednesday, July 24th at 6:30 p.m.
For this first iteration, visiting Italian chef Luca Zannoni will serve traditional dishes from the Emilia Romagna region in the restaurant’s private dining room.
The third Buona Forchetta restaurant, Encinitas opened last fall and has been a destination for North County residents since day one. The tasting dinners will each focus on a different region and are only happening at this location.
The dinner is $90 per person, $110 with Italian wine pairings. Seats can be secured by calling the restaurant at 760-704-8070.
