Battle Of The Grapes: Wine Dinner Series At Barbatella

Barbatella is kicking off its Battle of the Grapes Dinner Series on
July 30th at 6:30pm with the following theme:

"Barolo versus Brunello"

This wine dinner event will include Barolo from the Massolino vineyards and Brunello from the Caparzo vineyards. Chef Jason Goddard and his culinary team will pair those unique Italian wines with a three course menu for an exceptional culinary experience.

The menu reads as follows:

Tenuta di Fessina Erse Bianco

First course
From The Wheel of Parmesan
Cassarecce pasta, Langostino, saffron zucchini blossom Ragù


"Main Event"
Caparzo Brunello

Massolino Barolo

Coco Nib Crusted Beef Tenderloin
Duck Fat French Fries, Black truffle, Foie Gras emulsion, pomegranate molasses

Dessert
Frozen Zabligone, Poached Pears, amaretti cookie crumble
Wine: Vin Santo
