The event: Cheese and Wine Pairing Basics
We'll taste through an array of cheese styles and producers from California as we discuss the basics of cheese tasting and pairing. There will be an abundance of flavor experiences. Yes, four styles of cheese! Cheeses will be paired with Cambria wines to enhance and emphasize all the proper characteristics and flavors. Cheese is ever so much more fun with wine. Wine selections are paired by Cambria Brand Ambassador, Katie Phillips.
