UT is hosting a Black Abbey beer evaluation and education class on Sept 25. On Sept 23, there is an introduction to wine education with food prepared by Century Harvest Farms. On Sept 24, we are hosting an entire class on Cabernet Sauvignon with food prepared by the chefs of Reinhart Foodservice.
