Join Stuart Ake to learn how to properly evaluate the development of clusters and analyze grapes for ripeness while comparing physilogical ripeness to the actual flavors in the grapes. While in the vineyard, we'll also detail soil types, rootstocks, trellising systems, irrigation programs and viticultural philosophy. We'll complete our journey back at the winery where we'll use the lab for full analysis.
