At Gilbert’s Cheese Experience, we connect consumers with the things they eat and drink and the community of people who make them. Led by Brian Gilbert, head cheesemonger at Beecher's Handmade Cheese, and culinary storyteller Holly Regan, you'll learn how your food and drinks are made, meet the people who make them and go on an interactive tasting journey.
We're teaming up with Kasia Winery to bring you an evening of food, wine, community, learning and fun at the Kasia Winery Tasting Room in Snohomish, Washington. This intimate gathering pairs carefully curated cheeses from artisan creameries with Kasia's meticulously handcrafted, deeply personal and uniquely refined wines.
We'll teach you how cheese is made, and you'll hear from winemaker Kasia Kim about her process and philosophy. Then we'll go on a full-sensory tasting journey together, experiencing the magic that comes from combining cheese and wine, and celebrating the interconnectedness of our food and beverage community.
