Chart House Boston To Host Cakebread Cellars Wine Dinner

Cost: $125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity

Chart House invites Boston-area wine aficionados to the Cakebread Cellars Wine Dinner on Thursday, September 19 beginning at 7 p.m.  Guests will have the opportunity to sip and savor an exquisite collection of wine, perfectly paired with a four-course dinner prepared by the executive chef.

First Course
• Composed Melon Salad – crumbled feta, meyer lemon gastrique
Cakebread Cellars Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley

Second Course
• Coriander Crusted Sea Bass – preserved lemon risotto, apple fennel slaw
Cakebread Cellars Chardonnay, Napa Valley

Third Course
• Savory Duck Leg Confit (sous vide) – buttery white sweet potato purée, roasted cherry & thyme chutney
Cakebread Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

Dessert
• Two Creeks Infused Strawberries – savory waffles, black pepper whipped cream
