Join us on the picturesque Great Lawn at Charles Krug Winery for a special outdoor screening of Pick of the Litter, an Audience Award winning film from the 2018 Napa Valley Film Festival. The feature documentary follows a group of puppies on their two-year quest to become guide dogs. Directors Dana Nachman and Don Hardy introduce viewers to a group of adorable canine characters along with their human counterparts. The film acts as a reminder of the remarkable relationship between us and man’s best friend.
The screening officially kicks off the second annual Sunset Cinema Series, an exciting Summertime collaboration between the Napa Valley Film Festival and Charles Krug Winery. Beginning at 6:30PM, attendees are encouraged to enjoy food, wine (available for purchase) and live music by Justin Schaefers & The Blind Barbers on Charles Krug’s Great Lawn before the film screening begins. At sunset the film will be screened against the dramatic backdrop of the adjacent Redwood grove.
