Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur to Host Frank Family Vineyards “Field to Glass” Wine Dinner
Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur will host a Frank Family Vineyards “Field to Glass” Wine Dinner on Thursday, August 1, the seventh in a yearlong series showcasing winemakers and other wine professionals who share philosophies that are important to the restaurant such as being good stewards of the land, engaging in sustainable business practices and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
The Frank Family Vineyards dinner will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a sparkling wine and appetizers reception followed by a four-course meal, priced at $125.00, that will include Scallop Ceviche with pickled onions, tomatoes, red pepper, jalapeño, piment d’Espelette, lemon, avocado and taro chips paired with a Frank Family Chardonnay, Carneros-Napa 2017; Duck Confit with beets, frisée, arugula, goat cheese and sherry vinaigrette paired with a Frank Family Pinot Noir, Carneros 2017; Rack Of Lamb Chop with creamy polenta, ratatouille and lamb jus paired with a Frank Family Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa 2015; and Fondant au Chocolat, dark chocolate molten cake with chocolate sauce and caramel Heath bar ice cream paired with a Frank Family Zinfandel Port, Napa NV.
Subsequent “Field to Glass” dinners are scheduled for the first Thursday of each month and will be priced at between $85.00 and $150.00, excluding tax and gratuity.
