Smile and say CHEESE! The smile will come naturally as you lose yourself in the myriad of tastes that will be brought to you on the 19th annual Cheesy Weekend Trail. The Cheesy Weekend Trail will be held on June 22and 23, 2019 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day. Sponsored by the members of the Southwest Wisconsin Wine Trail, this trail takes you from one winery to the next on a cheese treasure hunt. The Southwest Wisconsin Wine Trail is composed of four award-winning wineries - Whispering Bluffs Winery and Twisted Vines Winery & Pub in Potosi, Sinnipee Valley Vineyard & Winery near Kieler and Spurgeon Winery near Highland. We are going to cut the cheese, melt the cheese and stir in the cheese. Then we are going to pour the wine. Come on out and soak up the scenery as you drive from winery to winery, enjoying specialty cheeses paired with fine artisan wines. If you think that a Cheese Trail is just cubes of cheese on a tray, we have a few pleasant surprises for you! The cost is only $15 per person and that includes your tasting glass. Tickets can be purchased at the first winery you visit. Say Cheese!!
