Tis the season for summer lovin’! To help ignite that romantic spark this summer, Tres Tempe Restaurant has launched a new date-night menu just for dining a deux. For $55 per couple, guests can enjoy two beverages each from the happy hour beverage menu, one shared appetizer, two entrees and one shared dessert from the following selections:
Tasting Plates (one to share) —
-AZ Tepary Bean Hummus with QCom olives, local feta, tomato vierge, evoo and grilled flatbread
-Daily Market Flatbread — chef’s seasonal inspiration
-Wood Oven Fired QCom Olives with roasted red peppers, roasted garlic and basil pesto
-Wood Oven Cheese Dip with tomato fondue, ‘nduja Tuscan pesto and crusty Noble Bread
-Mediterranean Salad with confetti quinoa, tomatoes, Mama Lil’s chilis, feta, red onion, cucumbers, QCom olives, toasted almonds and oregano vinaigrette
-Blistered Shishito Peppers with chorizo, tajin and cotija
Entrée Plates (one each) —
-Crunchy Shrimp Lettuce Cups with chipotle aioli, jicama slaw, pico de gallo, cotija and pickled jalapenos
-Spicy Lamb Merguez Sliders with madras aioli, tobacco onion, mango chutney and green harissa crema
-Herbed Chicken Confit with Mediterranean bread salad, currants and pinenuts
-Moroccan Spiced Pork wings with honey harissa, goat horn chilis, and Point Reyes blue cheese
-Shrimp and Grits with oaxacan mole, smoked tomato grits, queso fresco and pueblo corn crust
-Tres Cheese Torte with spicy herbed ricotta, roasted poblano peppers, corn tortillas and salsa verde
Postre (one to share) —
-Seasonal Fresh Fruit Crostada with Queen Creek blood orange olive oil gelato
-Tres Chocolate Piedmont Hazelnut Torte with Colombian dark chocolate ganache and raspberry coulis
-Tres Leches Cheesecake with mole-spiced pecans and cajeta caramel
