Elvis French Toast — featuring peanut butter caramel, coconut “bacun,” whipped cream, cinnamon and fried bananas, $12
“Steak” and V-Eggs Sandwich – with seitan steak slices, “v-eggs,” caramelized onion, jalapeño jam, spinach, cheese, herb ranch and tomato, and served with a side, $13
Nacho, Taco, Burrito! — a burrito stuffed with nacho chips, “beeph,” olives, pico, “cheeze,” pickled onions, cabbage and roasted corn, then topped with guacamole salsa, taco sauce and sour cream, $13
