On Sunday, June 16 Tres Tempe Restaurant celebrates Dad with Father’s Day Market Brunch and featured specials including the following:
Breakfast Sandwich with toasted jumbo English muffin, poblano cream cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, avocado, arugula and vine-ripened tomato, $14
Merguez Lamb Burger á la Fausto with spicy aïoli, fried egg, double-smoked bacon and avocado, $16
Banana French Toast — corn-flake-crusted Noble Bread with caramelized banana fosters sauce, $14
Oatmeal Risotto featuring steel cut oats, barley, butternut squash, double-smoked bacon, kale, Prairie Breeze cheddar and a real fried egg, $14
Melon Salad – with baby arugula, watermelon radish, speck, avocado, pistachios, Thai basil, chocolate mint, cilantro and lemon vinaigrette, $10
Pastrami Taco – featuring chipotle aioli, caraway cabbage slaw, grated Swiss, and pickled mustard seeds, $10
Flatbread — with fig marmalade, crispy prosciutto, ricotta cheese, Reggiano and fresh herbs, $10
