Help us honor Germany's most celebrated varietal with a tasting of 6 incredibly different styles of Riesling! From bone dry with high acid to tropical and sweet, we'll taste through the spectrum and discuss where they come from, how they're made and classified. We'll be welcoming Christopher McCririe of Elite wines for the first time and Cheesemonster co-owner Hilarey Leonard will be opening some vintage Rieslings from the cellar especially for this event! Of course we'll also be pairing them with 3 carefully curated cheeses.
