The 6th Annual Crush Wine and Food Festival has expanded into a 5-day festival. A festival outline is below.
Day 1: Champagne Kickoff Party
Wednesday, September 25th 6-8pm
The Westin at Bridge Street Towne Center
Presented by The Westin, Mumm's Champagne & Tito's Vodka
A laid back evening with the industry's best chefs, winemakers, chocolatiers and CEO's that make this festival happen! Meet and mingle with the makers in an intimate setting while sipping on Mumm's Champagne, specialty Tito's drinks and heavy apps prepared by The Westin's Chef Bill Stellwagen.
Day 2: Wine & Whiskey Dinner Pairings
Thursday, Sept. 26th | 6pm
The Mercantile

This VIP experience will take place in the newly renovated Mercantile in downtown Huntsville. Johnny Dolan, a Huntsville native & executive chef at Lion's Share in San Diego together with our very own Chef Rene, executive chef at Purveyor, will be preparing a 3 course winemaker & distiller dinner to remember! Distiller and winemaker will be announced soon.
Day 3: Whiskey & Wild Game
Friday, Sept. 27th, 5:30-8:30pm
Big Spring Park East, Downtown Huntsville

Introducing our newest experience to Crush! This high-end festival will feature 20 spirits - a tent for scotch, bourbon and whiskey, each tent will feature wild game tastings to pair with your pour. Huntsville native, Chef Johnny Dolan, executive chef at Lion's Share in San Diego, along with our very own Chef Rene, executive chef at Purveyor, will be partnering to bring you an unforgettable experience in Big Spring Park!
VIP tickets are available for the connoisseurs that would like to taste an additional 3 rare whiskey's and the exclusive chocolate & cheese pairings.
Day 4: Crush Wine & Food Festival
Saturday, Sept. 28th, 5:00-9:00pm | VIP access at 4pm

Our staple event of the week! Enjoy over 150 wines from all over the world, live music, grape stomping, wine inspired food items and more all for a good cause! All wine sales benefit the Huntsville Hospital Foundations - Crush Parkinson's Fund. VIP ticketss are available that include 30 additional high end wines to taste and our VIP packages are the only way to experience the exclusive chocolate pairing by Michelle's Chocolate Laboratory & the cheese pairings by Williams-Sonoma.
Day 5: Champagne Brunch
Sunday, Sept 29th 11-2pm
The AC Hotel, The Gemini & The Veranda
Presented by The Scout Guide & Tito's Vodka
Enjoy the best brunch in town catered by The Gemini Kitchen at the brand new AC Hotel in downtown Huntsville while enjoying live music, a sparkling wine tasting and a Tito's bloody-mary bar at The Veranda. One location, we're just taking over the entire place! It's set to be the Ultimate Funday for sure!
