Lavender Oaks Farm located in Chapel Hill invites you to our next culinary lavender & wine dinner on Saturday, June 22nd, 2019 from 6-9:30 PM. Enjoy BLOOMING LAVENDER and an extraordinary 4 course culinary lavender inspired menu prepared by Chef Whitney Dane. “Bloom & Bouquet” begins with a cocktail hour overlooking our regal purple lavender, live music all night by local duo Penny's Bend, lavender cocktails featuring Conniption Gin from Durham Distillery, Craft Beer from Fullsteam Brewery, and a surprise appetizer to tantalize your palette for the evening ahead! We'll gather inside our historic timber frame barn for our 4 course culinary lavender dinner, wine pairings, and a lavender gift for all.

Chef Whitney Dane:
Herbalist and Personal Chef. A classically trained chef and herbalist, Whitney was raised in the LA farm-to-table movementat the iconic Hollywood restaurant AMMO, nurturing celebrities and other industry elite. After launching multiple restaurants in New York, she turned to the private kitchens of her high profile clients. Whitney returned to her roots in NC and continues to use her unique skill set to integrate these traditions and elevate our food consciousness. We are honored to have Whitney as our Chef for this beautiful culinary lavender event!
We love to let Whitney create our menu and it is always so exciting when she presents her masterpiece of flavors and very creative dishes. We will post the multi-course menu 3 weeks prior to the event. Please see our "Frequently Asked Questions" section below for details on dietary restrictions you may have.
Durham Distillery's Conniption "Navy Strength" Gin:
Durham Distillery was voted BEST CRAFT GIN DISTILLERY IN THE US for 2018 by USA Today. "Conniption Navy Strength Gin" Voted Best American Gin by the World GIN Awards
Located in Durham, NC, Fullsteam is the only NC brewery to win a "Good Food Award" since its inception. "Southern Basil" is the sixth win for Fullsteam and one of their many fantastic farmhouse ales. We'll have an assortment of their craft beers that "Celebrates the farm and food traditions of the American South."
We'll taste wines from the Rioja, Catalunya, and other regions of Spain! The wine pairings have been selected to complement each course and will be a beautiful mix of white, red, and sparkling varieties. We will not be selling the wines at this event.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
You must be 21 years or older to attend this event!
How do I sit with my friends?
Please email Karen Macdonald at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days in advance the names in your party that you want seated together. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we hope you'll come with an open heart to meet new people and gather together in friendship.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is available on our farm. We do recommend Uber/Lyft or similar transportation to and from this event and guests are welcome to leave their vehicles in our secure parking lot overnight, if needed.
What can I bring into the event?
Please DO NOT bring additional alcohol to this event.

What's the refund policy?
This event is non-refundable.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not need to bring a printed ticket to this event. We will have your name on our list.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you may email Karen Macdonald, Owner of Lavender Oaks Farm to provide any changes to your registration. The tickets are fully transferrable, but we do need to know the name of the person that will be attending the event.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, it is ok if another person attends in your place.
