Join Cancer Support Community Redondo Beach as they celebrate more than 32 years of providing free support programs for those affected by cancer. The 23rd annual Celebrate Wellness food and beverage tasting fundraiser, hosted and sponsored by the South Coast Botanic Garden, will be held at 26300 Crenshaw Boulevard, Palos Verdes Peninsula, on Sunday, June 23 from 3:30 to 7 p.m.
Reserve your seat at this extraordinary garden party celebration that will amaze and delight food and wine enthusiasts or anyone who appreciates an opportunity for a great culinary experience. Leisurely stroll through the garden on a summer afternoon, while sampling delectable cuisine and beverages from some of the finest South Bay restaurants, wineries and breweries.
Mingle with old friends and new, and bid on the many valuable live and silent auction items offered at the event. Choose among a variety of fabulous trips, health and beauty, entertainment and sports items, and much more. Highlights include a six course chef’s dinner for 10 from The Strand House with wine pairing, presented in their wine cellar, a formation flyover by the Torrance Tiger Squadron at a catered dinner party, and an exciting ride on the Goodyear Blimp.
Proceeds will benefit the more than 270 free programs per month offered by CSCRB.
