On May 29, the winemakers from CADE Estate Winery will come to Tuscan Kitchen in the Seaport District for an exclusive five-course dinner designed by executive chef Nimesh Maharjan.
At CADE Estate in Napa Valley, it is believed that winemaking should honor the land both aesthetically and ecologically. Their philosophy of making luxury wine in harmony with the environment begins in the soil of their estate vineyard where they maintain a painstaking program of natural. Each course of artisan Italian cuisine will be paired with selections from CADE's revered collection and the winemakers will provide commentary on how these wines were born into their family.
The menu will be presented as follows:
FIRST COURSE
Scallops Crudo with roasted grapes, pickled onions, cucumber
