Are you a lover of quality olive oils and specialty balsamic and wine vinegars? We are! Join us at the Market as we welcome Hersh Petrocelly, of the Olive Tap, for a class to share his expertise. Hersh will teach us about proper tasting technique and bring 12 of his products for a tasting followed by a dressing and eating of your own nice crisp salad. Tastes of 4 wines from our Wine Library will complement the selections.
