For $95 per person*, you'll enjoy 4-courses paired with selections like the 1914 Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2007 and the Jané Ventura Sumoll 2015 paired with delightful dishes. As Executive Chef Oscar Granados walks you through each handcrafted dish, Gerard Jané Úbeda, the winemaker of this prestigious collection, will discuss the depths of each vintage.
