Tonight we’ll celebrate wines which buck the trend a little bit; wines made from organically grown grapes and wines where the vineyards are biodynamically cultivated. The proof of the pudding is in the drinking so to speak and these wines are a far cry from the mass produced wines seen on many supermarket shelves today.
