On Wednesday, May 29th Pizzeria Libretto King West welcomes Giulia of Benazzoli wines for an intimate and exciting dinner collaboration with Pizzeria Libretto x Enoteca Sociale x Apparition Wines & Spirits.
Fourth generation winemakers, sisters Claudia (Oenologist) & Giulia (Viticulturalist) Benazzoli have come to be known as the rock stars of Bardolino.
As the first generation to actually bottle their wines under their own name, Claudia and Giulia's aim is to continue in their grandfather's footsteps but with a keen eye on the future. We welcome you to join Chef Kyle Rindinella of Enoteca Sociale, the team behind Pizzeria Libretto and Giulia Benazzoli for a relaxing Lago di Garda inspired evening.
Each ticket includes a 4 course dinner menu, wine pairings with each course, as well as gratuities. You'll have the opportunity to meet and chat with Giulia herself, as she guides you through the 4 selected wines for pairing, and Chef Kyle Rindinella will walk you through the menu inspired by the Bardolino region, and the beautiful terroir surrounding Lago di Garda.
