For the fine cuisine introduced  in Halifax almost fifteen years ago, Chef Craig Flinn proprietor of Chives Canadian Bistro continues with his high standards that for his innovative cooking  ideas has been voted year after year the Best Halifax Chef. Along with his team Craig will prepare for our members and guests this  gorgeous dinner

MENU:

Each course will be paired accordingly with one superb Italian Wine.

Antipasto

 Chives’ Buttermilk Biscuits & Housemade Focaccia eerved with maple balsamic butter, smoked salmon mousse, garlic eggplant caviar, marinated vegetables

 

Pasta

Crisp fried squash agnolotti, roast N.S. mushroom, spinach velouté, Ciro’s taleggio, aged balsamic & sage

 

Secondo

“Porchetta”…N.S.. pork loin & belly, spinach, smoked tomato, & courgette risotto, caramelized onion chutney, spring asparagus, natural jus

Dolce 

Chocolate valley cherry cannoli with amaretto ice cream
