Astobiza is a young small, family owned and operated winery in the Txakoli de Alava D.O. nestled in the rolling hills of Basque country and known for the
Hondarrabi Beltza, Hondarrabi Zuri, and Petit Courbu grapes.
This is another organically farmed estate, where the grapes are harvested by hand, fermentation is in stainless steel for a more pure taste of their beloved grapes, and bottling is done without added CO2- producing merely 6,000 cases of these wines annually!
