Father's Day Celebration at LB Steak San Jose

On Father's Day, Sunday, June 16, LB Steak on Santana Row in San Jose will be open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM serving the regular dinner menu all day plus, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, brunch selections including a 12 oz. NY Steak and Eggs/$45.00 with O'Brien Potatoes; Dungeness Crab Benedict/$26.00 with English Muffin, Poached Eggs, Hollandaise and O'Brien Potatoes; Vanilla Bean French Toast/$24.00 with Chantilly Cream, Vermont Maple Syrup and Bacon; Biscuits, Gravy and Pork Belly/$28.00 with Southern Style Biscuit, Sausage Gravy and Maple Glazed Pork Belly (add Sunny Side Up Egg for an additional $3.00); and Fancy Toast/$22.00 with Olive Bread, Smoked Salmon, Avocado, housemade Bread and Butter Pickles and Truffle Oil (caviar add-on for an additional $30.00). Beginning at 2:00 PM, the dinner menu will also include Kombu Wrapped Bone In Strip Loin/$65.00 with Blistered Purple Yams, Sautéed Morels and Wagyu Butter. There will also be two specialty cocktails offered all day, a Shiso Sour/$16.00 with Gin, Shiso, Agave, Lemon, Egg White and Regan's Bitters, and a Kingstong's Old Fashioned/$16.00 with Jamaican Rum, Allspice Dram, Apple Cider, Vanilla Citroen and Bitters. Prices exclude beverages, tax and gratuity.
