For one night only, Murrieta’s West Coast Bar & Grill is hosting us for a very special evening when Chile’s most renowned winemaker, Marcelo Papa, comes to Calgary. Papa has worked with Concha y Toro for 21 years, crafting Marques wines, Terrunyo, as well as Chile’s first icon wine - the 94 point Don Melchor.
Murrieta’s Executive Chef Dave Bohati, won Gold, the top honour at Canada’s Great Kitchen Party in Calgary recently, and just a few months ago and he took Bronze in Kelowna in the nationwide cooking competition, Canadian Culinary Championships!
His dishes are always beautifully composed, so join us to enjoy canapes and welcome wine, followed by a four course pairing meal of these two giants’ specialties - superb food and superb wines!
