Join us for a tasting comparison of the best known European cheeses like Roquefort alongside new world beauties of a similar style. We’ll talk about trends in American cheese making and what makes these new creations so exciting while seeing how they have evolved from their European forebears. We will serve some European standard wines, as well as new American favorites, to taste alongside with the cheeses.
