Chart House San Francisco To Host Duckhorn Vineyards Wine Dinner

Cost: $125 per person, including tax and gratuity

Chart House invites San Francisco-area wine aficionados to the Duckhorn Vineyards Wine Dinner on Friday, June 7 beginning at 7 p.m.  Guests will have the opportunity to sip and savor an exquisite collection of wine perfectly paired with a five-course dinner prepared by the executive chef.

First Course
• Japanese Snapper Crudo – yuzo, fresno chilis, charred pineapple
Duckhorn Napa Valley, Sauvignon Blanc

Second Course
• Baked Shigoku Oyster – Dungeness crab crust, creamed leeks
Migration Sonoma Coast, Chardonnay

Third Course
• Roasted Nueske’s Duck Breast – sunchokes, roasted beets, pomegranate
Goldeneye Anderson Valley, Pinot Noir

Fourth Course
• Harris Ranch Filet Mignon – white polenta, oyster mushrooms, bordelaise sauce
Duckhorn Napa Valley, Merlot

Dessert
• Grand Marnier Soufflé – crème anglaise, fresh berries
Goldeneye, Rosé of Pinot Noir
