Chart House Redondo Beach To Host Cakebread Cellars Wine Dinner

Chart House invites Redondo Beach-area wine aficionados to the Cakebread Cellars Wine Dinner on Thursday, May 23 beginning at 6:45 p.m.  Guests will have the opportunity to sip and savor an exquisite collection of wine perfectly paired with a five-course dinner prepared by the executive chef – all while enjoying live jazz music!

First Course
• Crispy Blue Crab Cake – jicama and green apple slaw
Cakebread Cellars Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley

Second Course
• Stuffed Squash Blossom – goat cheese, pappardelle, sherry cream sauce
Cakebread Cellars Pinot Noir, Napa Valley

Third Course
• Braised Lamb Shank – seasonal vegetables & herbs, parmesan grits
Cakebread Cellars Merlot, Napa Valley

Fourth Course
• Marinated Prime Beef Loin – enoki mushroom demi-glace, horseradish hushpuppy

Dessert
• Blood Orange Panna Cotta – shortbread cookie
