On National Wine Day, Marina Kitchen, located in the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina launches an exclusive wine and dinner series offering guests an unparalleled ‘Taste of the World.’ The five-course dinner, which is held inside Marina Kitchen’s extraordinary walk in wine cellar, pairs fine wines representing a variety of regions around the world, with globally inspired courses crafted by by Executive Chef Aron Schwartz. From France to Italy, Spain and Portugal, diners embark on a culinary journey that tantalizes tastebuds and requires no passport to travel through culinary destinations.
The Taste of the World dinner is the first of Marina Kitchen’s five part Cellar Dinner Series, which for each dinner, features a unique theme, an inspired chef-crafted menu and exquisite sommelier selected wine pairings. An intimate experience for only 14 culinary enthusiasts, Marina Kitchen’s walk in wine cellar features 330 square feet of space and boasts a bottle capacity of 3,084 total wines.
