Méthode Champenois is the traditional way of making Champagne and sparkling wine where all of the intricate steps take place in the bottle. Learn more about this classic method in a hands-on clinic with winemaker Pedro Vargas. After an overview of the entire process, you will disgorge your very own bottle of sparkling wine, add dosage and then finish with corking and caging.Bonus lesson on how to saber your bottle when you're ready to drink it.
