You’re invited to our May TasteMaker Wine Dinner featuring The Prisoner Wine Company. Founded by Dave Phinney, a legend in the wine industry, The Prisoner Wine Company has always forged its own path focusing more on blends than single variety wines. Our chefs used the same approach with a five-course pairing menu full of adventurous dishes — from Chilled King Salmon to Duck Potstickers and Pears poached in wine for dessert.
