Many famous acts got their start in the picturesque Ozark mountains. The music there
can be captivating. Violinist Dylan Hawf, A veteran of the popular bands, “National Park
Radio” and “The Squarshers, is steeped in that sound. Reviewer Ernie Hill called it, “Ozark
influenced virtuosity.”
A native of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, Dylan met singer-songwriter Alaina Blake in the
fall of 2015 at the Walnut Valley Music Festival - Winfield, KS. The duo continues to gain
prominence and has made several high-quality YouTube videos.

The duo calls their combined sound, “Rolling Hills Country”. And the two of them, now
married, are known musically as the, “The Whispering Willows”. With an incomparable
voice and a rare talent for songwriting, Alaina tells her stories with a refined grace, backed
by “Ozark influenced virtuosity”. For this special performance at Holy-Field Winery, the duo
is pleased to add lead guitarist Ryan Overfelt.
