A specialty of Puglia, Italy, burrata resembles a soft mozzarella with a surprise inside: a creamy, lava-like center of stracciatella. Head cheesemaker from Winters Cheese Company, Sacha Laurin, will show you the art of mozzarella making from beautiful local Straus Family Creamery while tasting award winning wines from Viszlay Vineyards. Sacha will expertly guide you in transforming simple mozzarella into your own decadent burrata. $65 public, $40 wine club.
