Perle on Maple, the French-inspired restaurant with a Texas-twist, will be offering a special three-course Easter menu created by Executive Chef Wade Burch featuring delicious spring-time dishes using local ingredients. Available on Sunday, April 21, Perle on Maple’s Easter menu is $52 per person including a complimentary glass of champagne. Seatings are available hourly at 10AM, 11AM, 12PM, 1PM and 2PM, and reservations can be made on OpenTable and by calling (469) 375-5846.
